Contest Rules:
357 Consulting Inc. will conduct the Powersports XPO, September 19, 2020. All ticket holders will receive one entry in the contest. There is no cost to enter, if you would like to participate without attending the event please mail a post card to PO BOX: 141 Champlin, MN 55316 by September 11, 2020.
357 Consulting Inc. contests are open to all eligible persons 18 or older. Employees of 357 Consulting Inc., contest sponsors, employees and immediate families or each, and employees of all on-site vendors are not eligible to win. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This includes individuals for whom the employee is legal guardian.
Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email address, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any mailed registration, the authorized account holder of the address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
No purchase necessary. 357 Consulting Inc. sole responsibility will be to award the prize. 357 Consulting Inc. will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winner will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

These are the rules governing all contests:
No purchase is necessary to enter any 357 Consulting Inc. contest.
1. As a winner of stated above contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without any compensation to you.
2. Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. 357 Consulting Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.
3. All winners of all contests are responsible for all taxes on prize awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms prior to claiming prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.
4. 357 Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any claim by any winner for damages incidental thereto.
5. All contests are open to all eligible residents 18 or over (unless otherwise specified). Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing the picture of the contestant acceptable to 357 Consulting Inc. that will be presented and accepted before the prize is awarded.
6. Winners will be expected to claim prize at state location of TBD.
7. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is void where prohibited.
8. 357 Consulting Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any winner if any contest rules are violated in any way.
9. 357 Consulting Inc. assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in any contest. It’s advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or prize awarded in any contest.
10. 357 Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. Its decision is always final.
11. 357 Consulting, Inc. shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in any contest beyond 357 Consulting, Inc.’s control.
